  The residents in this facility sent a letter of concern to the hq in Florida. Instead of adressing the issues, they just kicked it back to the local manager and said "deal with it." There are some major things wrong with this place. Most of them the result of them trying to squeeze every dime out their clients. If you work here get ready to serve meals regardless of your position. They even force the handyman to serve meals. The Florida hq has forgotten that if they treat customers and employees well the business will come. Instead they bully their employees and treat the residents like children, picking away at services constantly to get that extra dime. They must be trying to sell this place because they certainly act like they dont care even a bit about it. There is no security or management at night, by the way so you are on your own. Oh I could write so much more about this place. I can't recommend this place and it's all because of the the hq policies and cheapness.
